A website from Thirdlinks costs from €299. That is a one-off price for building a simple website. More pages, features, integrations and anything else cost extra, and the price is set out in the quote you receive before we start.

It depends on what the solution needs to do, so there is no fixed price. We start by mapping your needs. You then receive a written quote with scope, price and timeline before any work begins.

Thirdlinks is run by Thirdlinks Spyros, which is not registered for VAT in Norway. We therefore do not charge VAT, and the price you are quoted is the total price.

A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Invoices are due 14 days from the invoice date. On larger projects we may invoice an advance or instalments tied to agreed milestones.

We work in five steps: discovery, planning, development, testing and delivery. You get a quote with scope, price and timeline before development starts, and you see the solution along the way, so you can give feedback before it goes live.

It depends on the number of pages, the content and the features. A simple website with a few pages is quicker than one with booking, logins or integrations. You get a timeline in the quote before we start, and the delivery follows it.

We need content such as text and images, access to the systems the solution will connect to, and feedback within a reasonable time. If these arrive later than agreed, delivery may be delayed.

That is fine. Changes outside the agreed scope are handled as a change order. We confirm in writing what the change means for price and timeline before we make it.

Once everything is paid, you receive the rights of use agreed in the quote. Thirdlinks keeps the rights to general methods and reusable components developed independently of your project. On larger projects, a separate written agreement can set out ownership.

Often, yes. Many systems have an API that lets data move between them automatically. During discovery we check what your systems support and what it takes to connect them.

Yes. It often makes sense to start with what saves the most time and add more once the first version is in use. You benefit from the solution sooner, and the next step builds on real day-to-day experience.

Yes. Hosting, maintenance and support are provided as ongoing services and invoiced periodically. What is included is set out in the quote or agreement.

Yes. Either party can cancel a hosting or maintenance subscription with one month’s written notice, effective at the end of a month, unless otherwise agreed.

Let us know in writing as soon as you notice the problem. We fix documented defects within a reasonable time, at no extra cost.

Yes. We first look at what works today and keep the content and structure worth keeping. If you would like a starting point first, you can request a free review of your website on our contact page.

Operra is a ready-made system for staff scheduling, time tracking, health and safety, checklists, and staff and document management. Thirdlinks developed Operra and runs it. You can find it at operra.no.

Choose Operra if you need scheduling and staff management that works straight away, without a development project of your own. Choose a custom solution if your workflow is so specific that a ready-made system does not fit, or if many of your own systems need to be connected.
