Systems, automation and integrations vary a lot in scope. That is why we start with a review and give you a quote with scope and price before any work begins.

What affects the price of a custom solution?

No two systems are the same. These are the most common things that decide scope and price:

Features and modules: How many parts the solution needs, such as a customer register, staff scheduling, invoicing or reports.
Users and permissions: How many people will use the solution, and whether different roles should see and do different things.
Platforms: Whether the solution runs in the browser, as an app on iOS and Android, or both.
Integrations: Whether the solution needs to read from or send data to other systems, such as accounting, email or payments.
Existing data: Whether data from old systems or spreadsheets needs to move into the new solution.
Design and screens: How many screens the solution needs, and how much of the design is tailored to your business.
Hosting, maintenance and SEO: Whether you want us to take care of hosting, maintenance, SEO or new features after launch. Hosting and SEO are ongoing monthly agreements, priced in your quote.
